At New Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn merchandise in its original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
